Information and Hours of Operation: We receive animals and send out shipments daily so please call or e-mail us for current stock availability before sending payment. We are happy to answer any questions about captive care, captive reproduction, incoming shipments, etc. if you call between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST, phone # (817) 350-4840.     Payment: Full payment prior to shipping is required on all orders, no exceptions. Payment must be made in U.S. funds in the form of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), money order, cashier's checks, or check. Money orders, cashier's checks, and checks should be made out to Intense Herpetoculture. Checks are held 14 days to allow proper clearance to occur.

    Shipping: At this time all "live animals" are sent overnight via priority overnight UPS or FedEx, or via Delta or American Airlines. A flat rate of $45.00 applies to most FedEx/UPS shipments, but can depend on weight, size of the package, and the distance traveled. We also use air freight services of several operators, please send us your details so we can find the best air carrier for your location. All venomous shipments are sent via Delta Dash for a price of $75.00 (large shipments may have an additional fee), an additional charge of $25.00 is applied as a box charge. Styrofoam lined boxes may be used in conjunction with heat and cool packs. Dry goods will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground unless other services are requested. We do not have a packing/box fee, these are included free of charge. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to obtain proper shipping and packing costs to your destination. We will not ship via Airborne Express/DHL or USPS, so please don't ask!

    Guarantee: All animals sold by us are guaranteed to be extremely healthy upon receipt if picked up within 4 hours of arrival. In addition ALL reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates are guaranteed for up to seven days. Fish are only guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. All D.O.A.'s (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within 24 hours via e-mail, phone, or fax. Animals guaranteed for seven days must have died from causes attributed to Intense Herpetoculture and you must report the animal(s) in question within 7 days after arrival for the guarantee to remain valid. Proper documentation from a veterinarian and/or expert with the animal(s) in question may be requested if necessary. Cases such as improper husbandry, death by physical conflict, etc. are not covered by this guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the animals or goods received we will consider replacement or credit if you call or e-mail us to discuss it. No cash refunds! Intense Herpetoculture will not be responsible for any additional freight/postage charges on replacement animals unless otherwise stated. All replacement dry goods will be shipped via UPS Ground free of charge.

    Protected or Restricted Species: The sale of endangered, protected, and restricted wildlife is contingent upon issuance of permits by applicable authorities. This may create shipping delays. Extra maintenance charges will apply for specimens kept over two weeks. We will not knowingly ship any endangered, protected, or restricted wildlife to a state that prohibits such. We are not to be held liable for possible infringements towards state or local laws. It is your responsibility to understand laws that apply to you before you place an order with us.

    Exports: We offer and ship our animal world wide. A min. order of $2,000.00 USD is required to place an export order. CITES permits, box charges, health certificates, etc. are an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.

    Wholesale: We offer some of our animals at wholesale prices to legitimate retailers (we will ask for proper documentation), including animals which may not be included on our price list. Please contact us for more details.
